Winning at tennis was excellent, but character off the court is more important. J. L. Atlanta Journal Constitution May 9, 2006Today our USTA team is heading to Macon GA for the weekend to the state tournament. Should prove exciting, fun and maybe play some good tennis along the way! We have been waiting since last August when we won our division to head to this tournament to show our stuff. Hopefully we will come back with having a good time being there as a team and watching those who excel give us inspiration.

How did the weekend tournament go? And congrats on the canoeing trophies! What a fun day that had to be! We haven't had our boat, "The Swamp Rabbit" in the water since we left Missouri. It's colder up here and I traded trucks, which means I need to put the canoe rack-bed rails on the new truck before I can haul it. We'll probably end up going camping before we make it to a river. I will always think of the beautiful rivers of Missouri as home... moltenhalo
