My future starts when I wake up every morning... Every day I find something creative to do with my life.
           -- Miles Davis

As I returned from my morning walk today, I took the time to look at the flowers that were planted last fall.  To my amazement, amongst the pansies, I saw my tulips popping thru the ground and pointing to the bright sunny sky.  My first reaction was "What? It's only Feb. 18th!"  I have yet to get accustomed to this mild southern weather when it comes to my flowers.  But,how great is it that we have such a long planting season here!  Well, I came inside, dug up a picture from last year and thought what a perfect time to look at what is yet to come.  :)

Great quote! I'm afraid that spring is still a ways off here in the northeast. Thanks for sharing that little bit of sunshine. We sure need it out here!!

I sure liked the pictures of you and your husband, Crosseye Tommy, and the beautiful tulips. What a great welcome back for me. We are also getting "pop ups" of dafs, crocus, and hyacinth. Spring is the best time of year. My Regards, Bill.
