Honore de Balzac (1799-1850) French journalist and writer
My extra time this week has been spent reading short stories from Honore de Balzac who wrote the quote above. I happened to stumble across his writings and have been devouring them every spare moment that I can find. It's always neat to find a writer that is new to me, but obviously has been out there for quite some time. I love the time setting of his stories and all that went with that. I definitely will have to find a few of his 90 some novels that he had written and add them to my library.
Well, it'sSaturday and I need to go start my day. I'm thinking a walk, a little tennis and maybe purchase that coffee table that I saw last week. Now where is that sunshine that I've been missing the past two rainy days?? lol

I love to get into an ancient novel every now and then. I love the way they wrote in the late 1700's - 1800's. We haven't had much sun here in sunny California. Just spurts of it. Enjoy the rest of your weekend no matter what you do. Love the artwork you posted here. Blessings...gloria
I hope you got your sunshine and had a GREAT Saturday!!!!!!!!
