This is my favorite part of the day when out on the water. As the sun continues to rise and glistens on the lake, it can leave me mesmerized. My senses are close by absorbing the stillness and quiet. It does wonders for my well being and the outside world seems far away. I have been fortunate to get out there at least twice a week as the weather continues to cool off. Yes, I might have to add layers on to stay warm, but that beauty continues to show it's face in a world of color.

What a gorgeous view. Where is this? It looks like a post card. You are so lucky to do this twice a week.

I want a kayak now.  I remember when I was around 25, I always had a kayak on top of my vehicle.  The place I worked had about 30, and always let me take one on my off time.  I miss that big lake where we taught kids to kayak.  I sure miss that time in my life.  Beautiful picture.  You are so blessed.

How cool are you?!  Those times on the water, recharging your batteries with the solitude and peacefulness of nature.  You are extraordinary in that you are able to, and choose to spend that time each week.
