We fell upon this mean looking gator during our walk thru Ding Darling Wildlife Refuge. We didn't get too close since he kept an eye on us the whole time. We ended up eating at an outdoor seafood restaurant and guess what appetizer I ordered? You got it! Gator meat! It tasted like 
calamari!
